May I Return Non-Defective Products Delivered?

You may return it within 7 days after receipt of any product purchased. After returned and checked by our staff, then the client will be fully refunded for the purchase price. You will be liable for the charges in respect of the product return. Please email us to returns@ulistproducts.com.

This will however not apply to any products that are:
CD’s or DVD’s
Computer Software
Consumables such as Toners, Ink Cartridges & Printer Ribbons
Medical Consumables
Disposal Products
Products that have been opened and not returned in the original packaging.

Pricing, Stock Availability, Descriptions And Images?

Prices, stock availability and specifications are subject to change without notice. ULIST PRODUCTS IS NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY TYPO, PHOTOGRAPH, OR PROGRAM ERRORS, AND RESERVES THE RIGHT TO CANCEL ANY INCORRECT ORDERS. What If There Is No Stock?

If the product you ordered is out of stock,ULIST Products will notify you.You may then cancel the purchase order at cancellations@ulistproducts.com within and on 7 days written notice to ULIST Products and be fully refunded or maintain the purchase order and agree on a later delivery date.

What Happens If The Delivery Is Late?

If the product is not delivered as stipulated or if no date stipulated and within 30 days of purchase the product is delivered. You may cancel the purchase order on 7 days written notice and you will be fully refunded. You must do so online at cancellations@ulistproducts.com

What Happens If The Incorrect Product Is Delivered?

Notify us at returns@ulistproducts.com. We will immediately rectify the situation and make arrangements for the product to be collected and have the correct product delivered.

What Are Your Warranty, Replacement And Repair Policies?

Warranties

We buy all our stock from reputable suppliers who offer the full standard warranty for each product type that ULIST Products sells.

Cellular Apple : 1 year worldwide policy
Tablets : 1 to 2 years
Televisions : 1 to 2 years
Laptops : 1 to 3 years Extended warranties are available

Replacements:

We will replace any product that is delivered which is faulty or defective or not working properly within the first 7 working days of receipt. Please refer to our “Return and Refund Policy”Please keep in mind that in some cases we may need to have your item assessed by an authorised dealer or repair agent. If your item is found to be defective due to a manufacturing fault, within 3 months of delivery, we will refund that item in full.Please note that Cellular items have a 7 day swap out period.

Repairs:

We will facilitate repairs for you on all products that are in or out of warranty.
You can take items to repair centres yourself but we are often able to get it done quicker for you.

Do You Accept Cash Or Cheque Payments?

We do not allow cheque payments due to the high incidences of cheque fraud in South Africa.Cash Payments also increase the risk of robbery, therefore it is also not allowed.

We also do not accept cash as the bank charges for these deposits are prohibitively high. If you are only able to pay by cash then please contact us so that we can make suitable arrangements for you to deposit the funds at the necessary banking institutions.

Do I Need To Have A TV Licence When Buying A TV?

Yes. Please have it available before making the purchase online and email it to us. Once confirmed as VALID, we will process your order. No TV License will nullify any TV Purchase Order.

Are There Any Other Products You Can Offer Me?

There is a long list of products offered by the manufacturers listed on our site. If there is a specific item you require please contact us so that we can quote you a price.

Are These Products Genuine Branded Products?

Yes. We only source products from approved suppliers. We are assured by suppliers that there are no grey imports.

When My Order Is Delivered, What Documents Must I Have On Hand?

Can I Pay Using Maestro or VISA Electron Debit Cards?

Our payments processing third party service accepts all major credit / debit cards for our clients. They enable easy, secure and instant transfer of money for online shoppers.

Can I Pay Using PayPal?

How Will I Know If My Blu-Ray DVD Will Work?

South Africa falls under Region B for Blu-Ray Discs. The USA falls under Region A. Some Blu-ray discs may be Region Locked, meaning that they won’t play on your BR Player/PlayStation 3/4.There are however quite a number of BR Discs which are Region Free and will play on any player.

Do You Ship Internationally?

ULIST Products does ship internationally at the moment.You may arrange for a courier service to collect from us once an arrangement has been made – applicable to international customers only. All invoices will carry a charge of 14% VAT

What Shipping Methods Are Available?

ULISTPRODUCTS.COM offers World class shipping.
We deliver directly to your home or office from our warehouses, anywhere in South Africa. All delivery and tracking details are supplied via email after purchase is complete. Our couriers require someone to be at the address provided to accept the delivery alternatively the goods will be returned.
Please Note : We don’t accept a post box or private bag address as your delivery address because our service includes delivery via courier only (Door to Door).

How Much Will Shipping Cost Me?

ULIST Products offers the following costs.

  1. All local orders below R2500 will have a Flat Rate of R175 shipping fee.
  2. All local orders above R2500 will be shipped free of charge.
  3. All international orders shipping cost will be quoted accordingly in detail.

Shipping cost will be the same regardless of where in South Africa you are.
If you have particular preferences for shipping and delivery, please contact us for more information. Delivery fee varies depending on the destination country and weight of the order, which includes any wrapping and packaging if applicable.
We will send you a confirmation email containing the final price (item price + shipping fees). Please reply to this email and accept the shipping fees to have your order shipped.

What Process Must I Follow To Cancel Or Return Any Product?

Notify us immediately in the event of a cancellation at cancellations@ulistproducts.com or in the event of a return at returns@ulistproducts.com. Remember to set out your reason clearly for the cancellation or return.

You will be issued with a returns request number (RR Number) and arrange with our courier to collect the parcel from you.

You are to insure that the parcel is packed, well protected, also insure that all accessories,documentation and instructions are included with RR Number is with the parcel before handing over to the courier.

ULIST Products will endeavour to finalise the process of replacement, repair or refund to you, depending on the circumstances and terms and conditions is met within 30 to 60 days of being notified of the cancellation or return.

How Long Will it Take To Get My Package?

Shipping around main centers or cities can take from 2 to 4 working days to deliver.
Shipping to more remote areas will take from 4 – 7 working days to deliver.
In most cases, orders often arrive within 3 to 10 working days after they are shipped. Other factors, such as national holidays, weekends, customs clearance, delayed payments and shipping fee confirmation, might extend shipping times.

Please contact us for tracking numbers in the event that they are not provided automatically.

Once you order is complete you will receive a reference number in order to track your package. Please visit our ORDER TRACKING section if you need a status update for an item.

The ideal time for the courier companies is between 9am and 4pm on working days (Mon to Fri), unless you work nightshifts. Please have your cellphone handy, so the courier agent can contact you for directions if necessary to drop off your expected delivery.

Delivery times exclude weekends and public holidays.

How Do I Track My Order?

We will provide you with a Waybill Number that can be tracked online with our preferred courier service or Please visit our ORDER TRACKING section if you need a status update for an item.

How Do I Place an Order?

1. Find the items you wish to buy

You can filter the products by brand manufacturer, product category or pricng on the left sidebar of the website. If you know what it is you want you can just type it in our search box in the top section of the home page.

2. Add to cart

Found the products you want to buy? Click on Add to cart. Your shopping cart contains all the products you have selected to buy. Once you’ve added an item to your Shopping Cart, keep searching until your cart contains all of the items you want to order. You can access the contents of your Shopping Cart at any time by clicking the view cart on the top right of the web page.

Your Wish List is a handy list of all the items you do not want to checkout with immediately. You can move items between your Checkout list and Wish List.
